Not only is sleep essential for energy, it is also needed to keep your immune system working properly so you can avoid getting sick.
4. Work
Most people have jobs that they must go to every day. This is an important factor in leading a healthy lifestyle. While time away from work can be a good break, it is important to have something that keeps you busy and engaged with those around you.
5. Play
Fun and happiness are just as important as work to your overall health. Taking time away from your regular responsibilities to do something you enjoy can promote better all-around well-being.
